The first clip is the original camera shot. The second is the final composition.
I used After Effects to generate a fill to remove the coffee grinders and the original graphic art. After, I created a vector image of the image on the wall and animated it. I camera tracked the animation to the wall to give it the look that it's attached to the wall.
